Through faith, we are brought into a loving relationship with our Creator, and it is by faith that we receive the gift of salvation. The Apostle Peter reminds us that we are kept by the power of God through faith. This powerful truth reveals that our salvation is not a fleeting or temporary state, but a secure and enduring promise. When we hear the Word of God, God confirms the truth of what we hear through faith. This direct revelation from confirms in our hearts we have heard truth from God and enables us to be fully persuaded that His truth is believable.

What we believe about God’s Word is not rooted in blind optimism or wishful thinking. It is grounded in the direct revelation from God. Through faith, we are fully convinced that He will save us if we believe that His will is best for us.

Believing with full persuasion that God is right, that He has provided the free gift of salvation, and that He will save anyone who believes in Him will result is personal salvation. By the power of God, salvation is possible. He is the only one who can do what is necessary to save our souls.
